The Stretch Base is more than just where we do our flexibility training. The Stretch Base is a holistic total body tune-up center that incorporates techniques from yoga, Thai massage therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and active isolated stretching to create a program approved by physical therapists and physicians. Our system has been crafted through years of treating working professionals and athletes from the NBA, NHL, and NFL.
We work with experienced, licensed body workers to provide the most effective service possible. Oftentimes problem areas in your body are difficult to access on your own, and you need external forces to correct imbalances. Specific attention from a trained, knowledgeable practitioner is the most efficient way to work out all the kinks.
Each session begins by using vibrational therapy to warm your body up and relax your muscles. You are then taken through a series of assisted and facilitated stretches that help your body feel renewed and rejuvenated.
